Well, first - I am a daddy to two gorgeous children nicknamed “Cheif Rocka” and “Muffinhead”.  They are 100% my everything.  I have a wife, that is an incredible mom and friend, and if more people knew her - they would likely legalize the cloning process.  The combination of those three people (and my two dogs) make my life….well…a dream.

When it comes to photography…I consider myself versatile.  If I have not shot it before, I want to…if I can’t shoot it, I want to know how.  I assign myself personal project and attempt to carry a camera wherever I go.  My personal goal is to build on three areas of concentration - Lifestyle, Portraiture, and Commercial.

I have a personal meaning for what I do.  “William Ainsley” was created by meshing together the middle names of my children.  After all, they are what got me started in photography.  It is simply called William Ainsley because it reminds me why I want to take pictures.  It reminds me of my reason for living and the importance of capturing moments in time.  As well, “William Ainsley Photography” gives me a great excuse to tell people about the pride I have in my kids, and my attempt to be the best father I can be.  Truth is, my photography will one day be forgotten…but if I can be remembered as a great dad, nothing else matters.

I love to take pictures, and it is a bonus if you fall in love with them, and that you want me to work for you.  Working for something you love to do is awesome, and meeting people along the way is the best.
